Chameleon Recipe: One Biscuit, or Four?
So I've been doing some experimenting with a reliable Nana biscuit recipe and am excited to report I've discovered that, like a quality winter coat or pair of boots, it's a cookie that can be styled in multiple ways!
This is a win for so many reasons, one being that the final products appeal to an array tastes - think: fussy/judgemental colleagues, friends who pop in for tea, or linger a little long after dinner. The other bonus? Such a diverse selection makes it look as if you've been slaving away in the kitchen for hours - but it's really less than 45 minutes from dough to go.
I'll have more details of the method in an upcoming post but I'm keen to hear if you've got any chameleon recipes? In the savoury realm? I love those "leftovers 10 ways" collections.
