I apologise. I've been on a week-long hiatus from writing here, because a little thing called food reviewing has been taking up my time. And I don't begrudge that, in fact I'm honoured and thrilled to have the opportunity. But eating across 50 different venues (yes 5-0!) in a handful of weeks does not a bridal diet make.

Over the past few days, as I've been setting up a strict meal-by-meal schedule, I've had time to reflect on how I view this: as diet sabotage or an opportunity to experiment?

I'm seizing the latter.

So here's the challenge, can I in fact lose weight eating out at least twomeals of each day for the next three weeks?

I think I can and as I go along I'll tell you and show you how. It will be a bit of trial and error, so I'd love to hear any tips you have.
