5 Good Habits You Can Start Today
1. Apple cider vinegar revs up your digestive system in the morning.... and the soaked chia seeds? It's a tip from my Maid of Honour's gorgeous grandma (after 3 weeks I've noticed my skin feels softer).

3. Journaling helps clear my mind scramble (thanks Tim Ferriss!) I like using the app Day One because you can make entries on your iPhone and computer.
4. It burns fat and strengthens your bones (especially important for ladies as we grow older).
